Looked weird and had metal bits inside the glass rattling.
The media could not be loaded. Honestly I bought these under the impression new uv sterilizers wouldn't come with a buld. (Need to yell at my LFS employee lol)No idea if that metal would be an issue or if it's supposed to be there, but I've never seen it before. but they seem to work just fine. Buying them from the manufacturer at $80 isn't an option. Pretty nice to buy two of them for 20. And they looked to be in the right Spectrum so I am confident in using them. I compared them to a new bulb from factory and they looked and matched the same. Although the factory one didn't have that metal in it.

Similar to the high quality bulb that came with my UV aquarium sterilizer.
Fits perfectly, looks similar to the orignal. Works great! Highly recommend this UV bulb two pack. I now have a spare.
