Can’t ship for beans
The base coat came spilled all over the kit, got a replacement order and it happened again. The only reason I kept them was because everything was individually wrapped, so the only thing I didn’t have was that base coat. Lucky I already had some. The colors are color changing, not what I asked for, but my 8yo was intrigued. I definitely wouldn’t order again.
