High quality motor oil
Very nice quality oil, formulated for European engines but works with any vehicle that calls for 0-20 weight. Works for gas or diesel and has special accreditation to work with BMW and Mercedes engines. The manufacturer claims up to 20,000 mile or 2 year intervals between oil changes and I have done this before with no issues using similar high quality oils. There is a myth that oil change places like to tell everyone that oil needs to be changed every 3,000 miles and that just isn't true anymore with modern engines. Of course, do what you feel is right and don't take my word for it. I have experience with multiple vehicles approaching 300,000 miles with no engine issues at all on both Japanese and German vehicles. Using a high quality oil like this Triax Ultra LV is more expensive per quart but it's much higher quality than cheap semi synthetic or even some fully synthetic oils.I used a case of this oil in my Acura and it's been running great. I wasn't expecting any issues but I'll probably change it in a year after I put about 16,000 miles on it and I don't expect any issues. If there are any, I will of course update this review. No complaints, I'll probably purchase more of this oil for my next oil change since it's worth the small increase in price for the peace of mind I get. I moved away from Amsoil and Royal Purple oils in the last few years because I don't believe they are as good as they are hyped up to be.

Affordable Premium Motor Oil Whose Lubricity Exceeds All Others
I am a believer in using premium oil in my car but, until recently, have never heard of Triax motor oil. Surprisingly, Triax is an American company. Triax Euro Ultra LV oil beat a number of European oils in an independently conducted lubricity test by a large margin. Similar to Castrol GTX Magnatec, Triax oil additives leave an oil coating on internal engine components even when the car is not running. This makes startups easier in extreme temperatures and results in less wear on the engine components. The Castrol Magnatec similarity ends there, however. Triax has other additives that make it a high engine heat performer in racing circles as well as an effective cold weather lubricant for starting engines that have sat all night in near zero temperatures. My 2015 Subaru Forester uses light weight 0WX20 oil. It takes 5 quarts to fill the oil pan and uses an additional quart in between oil changes. While Triax Euro Ultra LV oil is rated for 20,000 miles oil changes, I generally stick to the owner’s manual recommendation of 7,500 miles even with premium long-life oils. My reason for doing so is that I like to keep fresh oil in my car at all times versus oil that is nearing the end of its useful life when approaching the 15,000 mile plus point. I don’t fault those who take advantage of a premium oil’s useful life, however, as their actions result in the disposal of less used oil into the environment. The more I look into the benefits of this premium oil, the greater my wonder at not having heard of it and my glee in having discovered it. I found out that this oil was formerly sold only to the military services and large fleet operators. Fortunately, Amazon made this oil available and will be stocking it on a regular basis for the civilian daily driver.

good value for the money
The oil is a good replacement and it seems for my 2015 car the engine runs much smoother in the Texas summer heat where engine temperature tends to be higher than most other states. Will have to see if it does last the whole year instead of the 5000 miles most other synthetic oils does.

Full Synthetic Ester/PAO Ultra Low Viscosity 0-20W - USA Made-European Auto OEM Equal - Case 6 Qts
Long gone are the days of grabbing just any old can of oil for my ride. Modern engines withstand higher heat loads and pressures due to increased compression, turbocharger use, increased need for lower friction to improve gas mileage, and special engineering requirements that would befuddle anyone not up to date on all the complexities involved. I'm no expert but know that I need to use the specific oil recommended by my vehicle manufacturer or its equivalent. This is a very high quality MADE IN USA full synthetic oil for European Cars such as BMW and Mercedes. It offers longlife and the special composition additives that those manufacturers require such as molybdenum wear protection, high film strength, ultra low viscosity, etc.I Recommend this Triax Euro Ultra LV 0W-20 Full Synthetic PAO Esters Engine Oil Compatible with BMW LL-12+, BMW LL-17+, Mercedes Benz 229.71 (6 Quart Case). Made in USA! If your vehicle meets the list of vehicles that need this specialized lubricant, get it!I hope you’ve found the information and my review helpful.

Pretty amazing even for a humble made-in-Japan Subaru
My 2013 Forester takes 0W-20 synthetic, and it lets me know on long uphill climbs in my foothills area by rattling the valves when it wants more, or different, oil.I put this Triax Euro Ultra LV 0W-20 Full Synthetic PAO Esters Engine Oil, which is designed for Beemers etc., in it in a location at 1,200 feet in elevation prior to a 15-minute climb to a 2,500 foot area. Listening closely to the engine, it sounded smother than usual and in good shape. I had the air conditioning on full as well, and the engine did not falter.A question I have is whether to do a full oil change at this price point, given that my Sube seems to burn a bit of oil between changes. It is certainly worth considering and I will discuss with my mechanic. It does seem to offer a durable and clean option for appropriate vehicles according to the product literature.

Impressive specs
This synthetic oil boasts a 20,000 mile oil change interval. I change my oil at 10,000 miles and will continue to do so, still it's nice to know that the oil can maintain it's ability to lubricate for such a long time.

Works great for my small- to mid-sized vehicles.
This premium engine oil has worked great for the Mazda and Honda vehicles I use it in, both designed for 0W20 oil. The 1-quart packages make it easy to top off the oil levels when they get low.I would purchase this engine oil again.
