I love this Ethiopian coffee it is rich and delicious, not real high in caffeine these pods with really well in our coffee maker Nice and strong with a good flavor better, not bitter. I ordered it on subscribe and save, and it will be a regular on my list in the future.

Every pod is dented/damaged
The taste is delightful but every single pod is dented or damaged. Some still dispense nespresso and some do not.Disappointing as this was a splurge for me.

Great coffee. We have been drinking it for a while and loving it. However.....
We love this coffee and Nespresso, The individual pods in the last 2 sleeves we opened were damaged, dented. We discovered this because they don't work in the Nespresso machine. Only water comes out. It took several pods before we realized what the problem was. I am asking for a refund or credit for the three sleeves affected. Better yet more coffee. I still love the coffee .Thank You P.S. Customer service eplace the coffee.
