Love this boxing equipment! It's a little difficult to get used to at first, but as long as you start with the black ball and small punches, until you get the rhythm, you should progress quickly. After a few days, I've progressed to the red ball. The material of the balls is soft so while it can come back and hit you, it's soft enough that it doesn't hurt. Only with the red ball you have to be more careful at the beginning until you get used with it, because it is a little bit harder than the black one. The headband adjusts very well, it fits me with no issue and I have a pretty large head. The logo of the headband looks like a professional product. I like that this boxing workout equipment comes with an instruction manual, which shows you all the training methods, including pictures. For an amateur who uses this product for the first time, I think it’s essential. The carrying bag its perfect to take with you anywhere you want to practice.

Good for eye hand coordination!
I was a little reserved when ordering this training ball as I couldn't imagine how in the world this thing works. After I received the item I put it on and tried hitting the ball how I thought it should be hit. I did not succeed! Then my 18 years old nephew got a hold of this and mastered it in about 7 minutes. I felt stupid in that moment. After watching him, it's amazing how quickly he picked this up. I'm impressed at how well this will improve his eye coordination and also the reflex speed. I feel confident if someone tries to hit him he will know how to defend.

Grandsons love this!
My grandson seldom asks me for anything but he mentioned how much he would like to have this gadget. I bought it for him and not only is it a huge hit with the 12- year old, his 8-year old brother uses it whenever it is available! Great product for my boys!
