Now this product is in use I like it and my daughter will barely get off it as she says it's so comfortable. That's the three stars. The two stars lost are due to the fact that what arrives is the cloth cover and a large bag of polystyrene balls. You are then expected to stuff them into the bag to make the chair. I'm still scratching my head that about 10% of the balls provided don't seem to fit in the bag. Overall an incredibly messy process, even with the suggestion the whole thing is done in the bath. The filling balls are tiny and static makes them stick to everything they touch (with the apparent exception of the inside of the bag). The product info says this arrangement is so they fabric arrives in perfect condition. I suspect it's more to do with manufacturing costs. Either way, at £100 quid for a cloth bag and some polystyrene I didn't want or expect assembly and cleaning jobs to come with my purchase. I hope once my irritation eases I'll forget the hassle and enjoy what is admittedly an attractive product.
