Sheaffer temática
Caneta bem acabada, com ótima construção. É uma peça temática, para apreciadores de Star Wars. Escreve de forma macia, sem falhas. Tem uma boa pegada em uma mão média, embora o ideal é escrever "posted"

Needed a wider soft barrel and this is good middle ground!

What a cute pen!
I love this pen. At first I didn't think is was working but then I turned the ink around and then it worked just fine. I think they ship it that way so that the ink doesn't leak. It came with both blue and black ink. The gift box packaging was very nice.

Really, Sheaffer? You used to be good. :-(
All in all, this kind of sucked. Here's what happened: My dad had a well-loved Sheaffer when I was small, so when looking for a relatively inexpensive pen of decent quality, that's where I went. As is my wont (I lose an average of five fountain pens a year, hence the desire for reasonable economy) I chose a medium nib. *ominous chord of music*When it arrived, I was impressed by the weight of the small Amazon box. "Gosh, this must be made of real metal," my son said as he hefted the presentation box. Well, no. It's plastic as advertised: It's just overpackaged to the point of ridiculousness. So much for being green. And then I saw it. EF. The rotten pen came with an Extra Fine point, instead of the Medium I'd ordered. (This is sort of like having to cram your natural size 14 self into Spanx in order to utilize a size 10 dress. In other words, it feels like writing with a needle.) Unfortunately, it was *stickered* Medium on the outside of the box. Meaning that even should I return it, they would just swap it for the same damn mislabeled thing. The whole reason I got this was because I got some standard cartridges for Christmas ("But Mom, they came in such a cute package!")and didn't have pens they fit. I'm used to just letting the pen puncture the thing. (Just as indicated in the little instruction booklet.) Then you shake to get the ink down. Pop in. Shake-a shake-a.Hey, what is that rattling? Boy, did I feel dumb. It turns out that you have to puncture the wee cartridge by hand. Sort of a cross between piercing an ear and taking a tiny inky maidenhead.I must say that the second round of shake-a got the ink into the nib in very good time. Unfortunately, the mislabeled EF is like girly Victorian stuff compared to my usual broad swath of Medium nib. Bah.
