Inexpensive and Cute
We avoid the "ready made" commercial costumes for popular cartoon characters and the like, and I usually "make" - or at least cobble together in a homemade fashion - my little guy's Halloween costumes. But it was a crazy few weeks for our family with travel and work, and when I asked him what he wanted to be and he said, "I'm so fast; I should be a cheetah!" I thought this simple, inexpensive costume would be cute enough, and at least not commercially "selling" any name-brand character. It was perfect. We didn't' even have time to draw on whiskers before trick-or-treating, but it didn't matter. He got a lot of "awws", and even though this is technically a leopard costume - not a cheetah costume - not many know the difference and my toddler was happy as can be. The ears slipped off a lot, but that was no big deal. The tail velcros on to the back, and it stayed on totally fine; it even kind of 'wags' while the child walks, which is cute. As it got chilly trick-or-treating at night, it was also nice he was kept warm by the pajama-like costume. It's soft and comfy, and he still likes wearing it around the house. The black "boa-like" feathers at the cuffs are of course starting to fall off and tear, but they held up long enough. Totally cute, and worked great for us. He usually wears a T4 or T5, and the Small 4-6 fit him perfectly.

My daughter loves it
We bought this for Halloween, and it is perfect. It is adorable, and I feel it is very well made. I did order a medium for my 6 year old who wears size 7 pants. It is a little big, but we also live in Wisconsin. It will be nice to have the extra room for more layers underneath the costume for Halloween.

Not much for layers.
Got this for my daughter for Halloween and she absolutely loves it!! It fits her very well and she looks adorable in it! The only thing is, is the material is on the thinner side and there isn't much room for layers underneath. But overall she is excited about being a leopard/kitty for Halloween!!
