A great tool for drilling and pressing pen kits together. Works well. Nice heft to it to keep it stable on a small drill press.

This pen press/drilling jig is amazing. I was very skeptical when I spent the money, but I wanted a press for my pens so I didn't have to use a woodworking vice anymore. I am amazed by all the potential for this unit. It has massively sped up my pen making process, and it is great for drilling pen blanks or bottle stoppers a lot faster than the traditional lathe method,

The only reason this didn't get higher than 3 stars is because I have noticed after a month or so of use that the handle slips when trying to press a larger pen piece into the wood. I have tried tightening the set screw, but it doesn't help. Otherwise, this is a really well made device, just not for heavier applications.
