No they do not have an under the cap seal

Just use the funnel, and pour the fragrance into the lamp, leaving enough room for the wick.. Let it sit for a little bit, then light the wick, blow out the flame after two minutes, and put the large defusing cap on it.. When you are ready to put it out, take the defuser off, and put on the little cap. That will extinguish the wick.. Hope that helps!

It is sandlewood scent and sweetness and is a huge seller of ours, If you would like we can mail you a cotton ball with the sent on it, You can just call us at 423-510-8414 (we are in EST time zone) open 10am till 5pm M-Sat. Closed on sunday, but have a answering machine if we're closed just give us your name address and we'll pop you a free smell.
