Upon receiving this product there appeared to be short and it wouldn't work. I contacted the company and received a replacement in just a few days, even before sending the defective item back. The replacement works perfectly and puts out quite a bit of fog very quickly. I'm impressed with this company's customer service and by the machine itself!

The media could not be loaded. This is a preliminary review with an unboxing video, I also own the previous model of the LED-500 so I'll make some comparisons. After I use the unit a bit more I'll update the review. It's very similar in design to the previous model with the main apparent differences being the addition of a remote to adjust the color, and the activation remote has 2 button instead of 4. This is a welcomed change because with the previous model all the buttons did the same thing, so it was unnecessary to have the extra buttons.Being able to adjust the color and add strobe effect I think will be a lot of fun, and was one of the main appeals to me. What I like about these models in general is that they are remote activated, we actually used a unit hidden in a room to play a practical joke on family members. I'm excited to see my 3 year olds reaction to this and will update with another video and feedback.

I've had mine for approximately 6 months now and only used it at most 7 times. For what it is yes it works pretty well but the quality isn't there.The remote antenna is already broken (even with using it carefully) the red indicator warm-up light plug cable is fraying and becoming almost unusable.Also, i found out the hard way but these lower power units that are under 750watts, are not actually powerful enough to superheat properly the "heavy fog fluid" so only use the regular duty rated fog fluid. The machine will spit a lot less and create a better fog output. If you're having issues as I did with a lot of spitting of fluid out of the unit. Try cutting your fluid with 25% distilled water and play with the % until it stops spitting.Other than that for the $$ you are paying it's a throwaway unit and if I get 5 more uses out of it it will be considered a good value for money.What do i hate about it? You have to manually activate the fog every single time and that gets annoying after running it for hours. Next time I'm only buying a unit with a programmable remote. Set it and let it do its thing would be amazing.

This fog machine is epic! We used it in a fairly large banquet hall and it rocked! Had a friend running DJ, and as he's just starting, needed more than just music, so we busted out this bad boy! Lights as you need them, fog as you need, it was such a great party! Would highly recommend this! (sorry for lack of pictures, the SD card got corrupted, trying to salvage, will upload as able)

Grabbed this because i wanted a reasonably priced fog machine that had a constant on option, the LED’s flash and change color, you’ll need to be really close to it for the LED’s remote to work, but it does work and it’s a feature i wasn’t worried about. I really like this machine and would recommend it to a friend!

The media could not be loaded. This machine worked great the 4 times I used it, as shown in my video. Everyone in the neighborhood loved it, it was a hit however tonight stunk! I went to turn on my Halloween decor for a contest I entered and sadly and embarrassingly my fog machine would not produce fog. We tried everything the instructions advised. The machine heats up, lights are working but it just will not make fog. It makes a loud whining sound also as if it’s out of liquid which it isn’t. It didn’t make that noise prior to tonight. Not sure what the cause of it not working is but I am very very disappointed. I have used the machine a total of about 4 hours between a month time period. it’s ridiculous it’s already malfunctioned on me. Ugh, I’m so mad! My return window has closed and from the looks of the listing the item is currently out of stock with no expectations of returning, greeeeeat! Now I’m not going to have my fog for Halloween which is 3 days away, unless I buy a new machine which I don’t want to do as they aren’t cheap. Hopefully the company will contact me and make it right but till then I rate this product a 1 and I do not recommend.

Meh. This fogger is OK, but kind of a disappointment. The fogger I bought from a Halloween store ages ago finally bit the dust and I got this one to replace it just in time for Halloween. You can see from the picture that it is quite small - that's a regular size box of tissues next to it in the pic. It does put out an OK amount of fog, but nothing like my old one, which was 700 watts to this at 500 watts. This one shoots fog maybe 15 feet with no breeze and does so for about 20 seconds. It does have a pretty fast recovery/reheat time. I like the wireless remote and it worked through a closed door from maybe 15 feet away. I was worried about the small jog juice tank, but it lasted through fogging many little trick-or-treaters and still had a pretty full tank at the end of the night. I also like the lights - they're bright enough to light all the fog it can shoot.My wife said maybe we should get a second one so we get more fog. Since I don't have to worry about shipping time now, I'll probably look for a higher watt unit.All that said, as usual, the fog machine was a hit with the little trick-or-treaters.

Great machine for the price have been playing with it in my garage it fills it up really well.

Very impressed with the smoke machine, it certainly fills a room! We bought it for our kids party and the kids loved it. The room wasn't dark so unsure about the lights, but they do look good. The machine is easy to use and the liquid lasts ages (they should really sell small bottles!) The remote was a bit rubbish but once on we just pressed the button on the wire. We were using the battery that came with the control so maybe a new battery would have solved this issue.

Bought this for a Haloween party. The fog machine had different coloured lights that you can have running in sync with each other or one continuous colour. I chose green to set the scene. Kids loved it. The machine plugs into the socket so the fact that it comes with a remote control is great as you can be any where in the vacinity to turn it on. I think it was great value for money and would definitely recommend
