Great purchase
Bought this for my son’s birthday that lives across the country. He had a friend to record him opening the gift. It was awesome. He had tears in his eyes and a look of unbelief that turned to pure joy. I couldn’t have been more happier in that moment. Happy Birthday to my 34 year old baby! It was the best gift he had ever received. 5 stars all the way!

nice guitar but wrong color.
Outstanding guitar. Good sound, good construction, a good price, complete great package including the case and additional items. Unfortunately neutral was ordered but got sent the sunburst. The seller was notified but I was still stuck with the sunburst. This was a gift with this neutral color requested. I would like to get one of these for myself but wonder what color I will get. Maybe get one and do a trade with the earlier gift.

Nice insturment!
For starters, I'm just learning to play. I wanted an inexpensive guitar to learn on. I did research and stumbled onto this guitar. It's well loved by folks on Youtube as a great beginner guitar, and I love the name of it too. Jasmine....What can I say, I'm a nature lover. My guitar playing friends are impressed.....by the instrument quality, not my playing of it, lol.

Amazing sound!
I was looking for the cheapest acoustic guitar but didn’t knew there was a classical version and the steel string guitar. I ordered a classical guitar with nylon strings but received a wrong item by mistake. That one was too cheap but now I am happy for that mistake because it led me to buy this Jasmine that since opening the package impressed me. I know this guitar is not a high end but for me it feels like one. It was super easy to tune with the included tuner and the gig bag has two strap so you can carry it on your back. The picks are beautiful with the fender brand same as the extra strings. I would definitely consider buying another one from this seller and brand.

Two annoying glitches, Otherwise good
Overall this is a surprisingly nice guitar for the price. I bought it to have something to play when I visit my daughter without having to lug either of my other guitars (we live ten hours apart by car). My other two guitars are a 1946 Martin O-17 and a 1971 Yamaha fg200. This guitar plays well and sounds good. The bridge is fairly low, which will help the beginner. However, for reasons I cannot fully understand (and I did change strings, but it made no difference), the high E is almost impossible for me hold firmly enough in the first fret so as not to deaden it (and I have no problem with this on either of my other guitars), and the low E tends to buzz regardless of fret if it is picked so as to be loud. The high E problem is completely solved by using a capo on the second fret or higher. The low E issue just requires not plucking the string too hard. A final complaint is that I ordered it in natural and it came in black.

Amazing Customer Service
Ordered this guitar for my Son for Christmas. Unfortunately, the original guitar was damaged a little during delivery. I reached out to Bazaar Music and they promptly offered to exchange the guitar with no issues. They were very kind and understanding. The guitar is absolutely stunning in the Matte Black finish. I know he will absolutely love it. Thank you for making this order a breeze. :)

Perfect for learning or travel.
I spent a lot of time researching affordable guitars for beginners. I checked reviews both on Amazon and on established guitar reviewers' blogs. This one seemed almost too good to be true ... but so far it's just as good as they say.The sound is beautifully rich. I have small hands and short arms, but it's comfortable to hold and play. So far I can only play a few notes. So I had a friend with 20+ years of playing experience demonstrate, and it sounded so lovely. His reaction on opening the (very nice) hard case: "Oh, it's a Jasmine? Great." He said it was a very good brand both for beginners and professionals who need a decent guitar for travel. The tuner has been really helpful. Haven't tried the book or CD yet.My only complaint so far is that there was a strange rough (maybe rusty?) area on one of the strings. Luckily it was well past the soundhole, so I guess it's a cosmetic issue only the player would notice. It did make me wonder, though, if the strings had already been used. Weird. But again no real effect on playing or the sound. Two pieces of advice I got from my longtime-player friend: 1. Go to a professional to get the guitar "set up" properly. Especially adjusting the height of the strings over the frets (called "action" ??). I haven't done it yet but he says it makes ALL the difference in how comfortable a guitar is to play. 2. Expect to tune a lot in the first month, until the wood & strings are used to your area's temp & humidity. I do have to tune every time I play, but then it's only been a couple of weeks. So apparently that's normal. Conclusion: this guitar is affordable, beautiful, sounds great, and has everything I need now (as a beginner) and for a long time to come. I'm totally satisfied. :-)

Surprisingly high quality
I bought this guitar several weeks ago. Considering a very low price, I expected something that would need a lot of attention to make it playable and even so it would be good just for a dirty job. However, this guitar is awesome. Very neatly done. No sharp edges on frets, action is just right, neck is perfectly straight. It holds tune, sounds great and intonation is right on. Wow! I couldn't be happier.

Jasmine S35 Aacoustic Guitar
I am not very impressed with this Jasmine guitar. The head stocks had a few loose knobs and the fret buzz that I am still trying to fix. The resonance is OK and nothing to write home about. I may replace the strings and see if it sounds better.

Given the wrong Gig bag and a part of the inside bracing seems to have come off.
I was given a electric Gig bag in the bundle which definitely doesn't fit a full size acoustic guitar and this inside bracing piece seems to have come off as well, other than that I don't really have any problems but I would really like to have been given the right gig bag. I'm also sort of worried about the inside bracing and if that piece was truly important.
