I would definitely recommend this
This was given to my 6 year old granddaughter along with a kids yoga dvd. She absolutely Luvs the yoga mat. It helps her focus and balance a bit better because of it. Pretty color also

Yoga pad serves its purpose, however it's missing the strap as picture displays on amazon.

It did not come with the carry strap.

Missing Strap
The mat so far seems nice. But it is difficult to store and carry because it didn't come with the nylon strap. So that was disappointing.
