A life saver for mobile dependent commuters
Bought this as a replacement for a still going strong RAV Power equivalent battery pack.It arrived nicely packed and well in time from Amazon. It comes with a pouch and full instructions but will need to be charged via your phones charger. A full charge takes several hours but you're given a rough guide via the LED on the side. This Anker pack has been upgraded in several ways to the original equivalent I mentioned. First it now has a USB-C socket present enabling charging from the vast majority of Android phone charging leads. And most importantly it is now fully compatible with the PD standard giving a fast charge option for many mskes of smartphone offering anything up to 60w charging. It works a treat on my Samsung S21 Ultra and my Sony Xperia 1iii handsets allowing charging simultaneously (only one with full fast charge however). It will even charge my ASUS laptop at a pinch. It is sadly not the most lightweight or smallest of battery packs but the versatility of being able to charge and use several devices at once makes it well worth having. I'd recommend the optional hard case for it, again not lightweight but offers decent protection has additional storage space to a couple of leads and perhaps a compact charger.Recommend.

Stopped worked after 2 years, only 5 uses
Bought this as Anker is a trusted brand. We have used this no more than 5 times on camping trips and it worked really well. Came to charge it for a long weekend and there are no lights showing. No charging. Plugged into IQ charger (the original one) and still no charging. I would expect an expensive item to last longer withe the limited amount of use it has received.

Solid travel companion
Fantastic travel companion.I used to charge my Samsung Note 10 Plus many times with it and the phone recognised it as super fast charger. The charging time fast fast indeed.I also used it to charge my Microsoft Surface 3 Pro with it (with a USB-C to Surface adapter) and it was working too.Plenty of energy and you can still carry it in your hand luggage on an aircraft.A bit pricy but good quality and works well.(The pouch could be a bit bigger, so I could addy extra cables for all the gadgets.)

Power bank stopped working, tried to contact customer service but that also does not work, very poor
I bought this charger to charge my devices, I use it for work trips so it is important it works when I need it so I also decided to pay more for what I was hoping would be a quality power bank. The lights illuminate when charging the power bank, I charged over night and after that there is no lights when pushing the button and connecting my phone there is no charging. I have used the power bank about 6 times in the past year (well just under as I purchased 29 June 2022 and its now 11 June 2023). I am going on a work trip tomorrow and wont have a power bank so pretty disappointed. I was thinking that anker was one of the better companies but you only find out how good a company is when things go wrong. I have tried the email customer services option, filled out the form, uploaded invoice, pictures, description of the problem, serial number and the final stage to submit does not do anything! I tried using a different browser and same thing! Not only is the power bank very disappointing so is the customer service.

Expensive brick... UPDATE: Anker support came through, rating revised upward
Bought this half a year ago in preparation for travel and used it once to charge my laptop in class. Been trying to recharge it since and it just gets warm. I suspect I have never managed to recharge it and have just used the initial charge it came with. Basically, it is the most expensive brick I ever bought. Why a brick? Well, I contacted Anker support a week ago using their support email and have received zero response. I have bought plenty of Anker products over the last decade and I think this is the first time I have had to contact support. So.... looks like I've been cheated? I mean, what can I do if they won't even respond to my request for support?Anker - respond to my request for support and SORT THIS OUT PLEASE!UPDATE: Anker responded on my second email and they apologised for not catching the first. After asking me a few questions, they offered to refund the battery as I am overseas just now and they said a replacement is not possible. I originally bought it at a heavy discount, so strictly speaking, I miss that opportunity cost. Having said that, this is a satisfactory outcome and so I'm revising this review up to 5 star. Although I ended up with a lemon, it happens, and after a false start, Anker lived up to its promise of great customer service in my case.
