I should have loved this book but didn't. There were phrases and 'isms' of modern speak which I could not reconcile with the ancientness of shamanism. I didn't really get on with this book. I'd have asked 30 different questions! The book contains sample answers to the questions. Sometimes helpful and sometimes not. I couldn't get really into the process. Perhaps if I come back to it at some point but to be honest I don't think I'd want to. Just not for me. It seemed more like a counselling session or some such.

Excellent facilitating and personal growth tool for beginners and anyone willing to dig a little deeper. Great one for a book club looking to spice things up. ;)

So far been working through the questions once a week to allow myself to really soak them up. Havent hit any ah ha moments yet. But only on day 5.

Amazing content perfect for those coming into consciousness and spiritual awakening.
