Dyno Don: The Cars and Career of Dyno Don Nicholson

I was disappointed there is Very Little of dialog from Dyno himself...but the title is Cars of Dyno Don, not Nicholson tells all.I never was a Dyno fan, osrry bastard ran fords, but damn if he wasn't the Real Deal! I was Very disappointed that the years between 1966/67 only got Very little coverage. The claim " Don never lost a race" in those years...98% win rate..are hard to believe. Great photos, conflicting info take away 2 stars. One thing came out of the book, was the weakness of the "Cammer" motor...very interesting. Worth the rice I paid used, ok read

This book is a must have for early Pro Stock fans. Well written with excellent photos.A good reference source for modelers. Highly recommended.

How can you go wrong? Hreat American race car driver.

The overall condition of this book was perfect. This book along with a few others show the historical prospect of how the drivers grew in their profession. Today, cars are about computers and racing. In my time it was all about how good the mechanic was and the drivers expertise behind behind the wheel. From my prospective, this was real racing.
