Here's one of my favourite essential oils, Lavender oil that is the most popular and versatile essential oil...Some days back, I purchased @reynaturals Lavender oil from @amazondotin for the purpose of aromatherapy. Usually, I don't use essential oils in my skin and hair care regimen. But, if I use, I choose Lavender oil and Tea Tree oil...I prefer to use it every evening in my diffuser and take a sip of my evening coffee. It's amazing in diffuser! It helps to calm the senses and I feel relaxed after a hectic day..The another way I use the lavender oil in my foot soak. In a tub filled with warm water I pour few drops of it and soak my feet for 15 minutes. In the water I also add olive oil and sometimes Epsom salt. I do it twice a week. And this helps treat my dry feet, as well as heals my anxiety, stress, leaving me relaxed and refreshed..Sometimes, I add 2 drops of Lavender oil in my face mask. I use this mask in the evening to soothe my sun damaged and irritated skin. This also treats acne...How do you use Lavender oil...You must remember that as very potent, don't use any essential oil directly on the skin. You must dilute in any carrier oil or in your regular moisturizer. Only 2 drops can be used on face.
