These are a fantastic addition to my home gym. The cable machine handle is heavy and sturdy as are the additional clips that come in this set. Wanted the other handles to have extra handles for my bands. they are a big improvement over the ones that came with my old bodylastics bands. This is a good buy in my opinion.

I started to do more advanced workouts as I started to loose weight. These attachments were what I was looking for. The single Y attachments are nicer and more comfortable then the traditional metal square attachments. The grip is not to small or to big they are soft. So far they have held up but only time will tell.

These Attachments worked out great for me at my local Gym. Often I can never find these attachments or they are ripped and torn. Thanks Again.
