Mattel Ghost Busters 6" Abby Yates Figure

This was purchased for 5 and 7 year old Ghostbusters fan. We have been satisfied with the quality. If they can stand up to normal "kid play", it is a win win for me. Great detail with their own proton pack! I have uploaded pictures to give you an idea. Yes, they all stand on their own as well! I also wanted to add that Abby's glasses are either glued on or molded on, so no worries that they will come off and never be found. I'm not sure if this was a "fix" from an earlier version released. I happen to notice it mentioned in another review, so I felt it worthy to comment on.

I gave this to my niece as a gift and she loved it. The detail of the figure is sharp and it is solidly built especially for a $20 toy. I have no issues with the quality, appearance or the movability. If you have a young budding ghostbusters fan, they will surely enjoy it. I look forward to adding to her collection in the coming year.

Great likeness and detail! Looks pretty close to the movie! Bit interesting getting her out of the vaccuform, and even more interesting getting the gun barrel through her hand so she can hold it like shown in the first pic. However, this one was actually one of the easiest ones to liberate from her vaccuform bindings. She also comes with a little peg on her pac so you can stick her proton gun onto her pac as shown in the movie. Her arms and legs are fully poseable. About the Rowan arms included in this: I do wish the elbows were jointed. Then again, this be a collect and build figure, so hard to expect too much. All in all, a great figure for Ghostbusters fans of all ages of one of my favorite new Ghostbusters characters.

When else am I going to get the opportunity to buy female comedian action figures!? Slightly thicker mold than the other 3, in keeping with Melissa McCarthy's figure. Glasses are nice. Proton Pack is removable. Could've gone with some more color on the proton pack, as overall it's a pretty muted set, with only the orange for a pop of color.

It has fine detail, it is a great toy for a Ghostbusters collector!

My son is a huge ghostbusters fan and you can’t find these action figures anywhere but here!

We loved the new Ghostbusters. It seems a strange decision to make the Abby Yates doll so disproportionate. This is Melissa McCarthy. She’s hilarious and beautiful, but she doesn’t have s thigh gap.
