I have been reading Chris Ducker Blog for while now and listening to both of his podcasts (New Business Podcast) + (Virtual Fredom Podcast) & He deliver in each episode good result from his approch as well while doing interviewing his guest.....The author own a good experience on social networking so The Virtual Freedom book is not just a book but it is certainly a new 2Business Bible" for any entrepreneur/Business owner or even any class of load work class, its definitely a fantastic read, whether you are burn out or not yet...... He is an expert on outsourcing and He knows what He is talking about + what every blogger/Biz Owner (or whaever you might be) is suffering/struggling of....- This book will help you to audit your task where you are now and where you want go by outsourcing via a freelancer or finding the right VA for you. He has developped 3 golden rules to understand the basic of outsrourcing,making the information accessible and well explained. I have red this his book twich and I has gave me the insight of all the reason to come out from what He ccaled - The Super Hero Syndrom - I thank him for that....I recommemd it for to all Entrepreneur, Blogger, Coacher, Business owner and solo entrepreneur too who want and looking to come out from the burn-out.@AmineSeventy3

I read Virtual Freedom for two reasons. Firstly, I've followed Chris online for some time and have always found his blog and podcast to be both entertaining and useful. Secondly, Chris had kindly agreed to a Skype interview for TheNewRich.com and it felt only right to have read his book in advance, even though I didn't think that outsourcing was something I particularly needed at the moment.This book has really opened my eyes to the possibilities that virtual staff can offer and explains step by step how to implement it in your business whilst avoiding the common newbie mistakes. It's really made me take a long hard look at how I run my business and what I need to do to reduce the time I spend on low value tasks. One of the best books I've read in years and I can't wait to use it as a blueprint to buy more time going forwards! Thanks Chris, you rock!

I've been working with VAs for a month and have expanded due to success. However, now I'm running into very avoidable problems if I had just done what this book teaches. It's not rocket science and won't catapult your company overnight but it really does save you a lot of time, money and headache. Just buy it, make your own decision but just implement at least ONE thing it advocates and you'll make up your time reading and money for the book. The cost of inaction is much higher than giving it a shot.

The fantastic thing about this book is that it covers a vast amount of material without ever overburdening you with information.Covers everything from the CEO mindset through hiring guidelines and even how to retain staff. Lots of great examples, case studies, etc with helpful step by step actions for you to follow. i've been moving in the direction of building a virtual team for a while and this has made me more certain than ever its my next move.For a small investment this book will greatly increase your chances of success with VAs.One of the best books I've read in years and I can't wait to use it as a blueprint to buy more time going forwards! Amazing thank you for writing this book, a step by step guide on how to move your business from manic do everything your self to outsourcing and doing it structured with a plan to follow which makes it so much easier to outsource everything that is needed in a task. I would highly recommend buying the book and most of all taking the action in putting structures in your business.
