This product did not come with cups, nor did I expect it to I already had one.This sterilizer does what it says. It heats up water and steams the cup at a high temperature. I stopped using cups many years ago because I got a recurring yeast infection (probably from poor sterilization- I know I know...) And I feel much more comfortable with this.Super simple to use and small enough to not clutter anywhere.A must have for anyone with a menstrual cup.

The product did not arrive "complete" the package indicates it contains two free cups, and the cups are nowhere to be found.

Did not come with “2 Free Menstrual Cups”Update: I am changing my rating from 2-5. customer service was great and sent me the 2 free menstrual cups and products work great.

Does what it says, is a steam sterilizer. Doesnt come with a menstrual cup like the box says. It is white and about the size of a spice grinder. Can easily hold a menstrual cup, or disk. Also the booklet states it can be used for kegal balls, douche nozzles and smaller personal toys.

Complete waste of money I’m so irritated. It doesn’t come with the menstrual cups as advertised or a cloth as we the instructions and it won’t even turn on after I’ve been at it for an hour. Don’t waste your time or money.
