I bought this for my stepdaughter as she just got her first period and is still trying to figure her body out.I recall being a 12 year old girl the horror of leaking or getting my period while at school and being too embarrassed to ask for help.(Fortunately times are different and periods aren't as taboo to talk about).Fortunately now that these exist, my stepdaughter will start to wear these when she is anticipating her period. She will never know the humiliation of leaking at school.Good product. Very pretty, very happy with purchase.

Bought these for my 11 year old daughter who just got her period and keeps have spills off the back of her pads. These undies are amazing!! There is no crinkle or any sounds related to these. The undies feel thin and don't really feel like there is any extra absorbent protection at all.. However, they are SUPER absorbent!! Even though they are white, no leaks come through at all. So the white on the outside stays white! So wish they had these when I was a kid. My daughter wears them WITH a pad, not instead of a pad. I don't know how they would do in place of a pad, but certainly they do great as a pad back up. Also, the price is amazing! I'm buying 2 more packs for her!!! Daughter is a size 12 in girls clothes and small fits her great.
