Unless you never clean your ears out, these do absolutely nothing. They are smaller than I expected but I get ZERO earwax removal. Now that could be because I clean my ears out every day with q-tips. I know that doctors do not want I to use q-tips in our ears as some may push ear wax further into the ear canal which can cause hearing loss. With this being said, if you are one that does not use a-tips, heck…it may work for you. Me? Nope. Does nothing and I can use a q-tip immediately after and the work fine. Purchase at your own risk. Just be careful not to put it too deep into your ear canal.

This is the third ear wax cleaner I've bought over the last year, and the first two were useless.The spring makes sense for collecting ear wax and I was hopeful. I carefully cleaned the out canal first and got minor wax build up off. Then I went in a little deeper (BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN DOING THIS! IF YOU ARE NOT SURE< SEE A PROFESSIONAL!) and twirled the device without moving it around . . . upon pulling it out, I find some surface wax and little else. I then put on my ready glasses and looked closer and realized the interior of the spring was filled with wax!My bad right ear (50% at best due to damage in the military) was maybe 25% useful prior to the use . . . I now hear much better out of that ear, a very noticeable improvement!3 stars: No instructions, no cleaning instructions!

May work for others, but I found the metal coil to be too irritating for my ears. 😟

It removes ear wax great, and still gives you that nice feeling that Q tips do (but obviously safer). Just be gentle, and keep them dry!

These work great. I have not experienced any of the negative issues that others have had. Much better than a Q-tip. Would be better if there was a stop but just use my grip to limit depth.

These are a total gimmick. They do not grab any ear wax at all. Save your ears and your money and just buy regular cotton swabs.
