Sand Anchor for All Beach Umbrellas - Universal Size

Huge improvement over similar product I had but that had a straight-sided tube. The taper on this style lets it drill deeper into sand with less effort thus providing a more secure hold.

Loved these anchors even on a very windy day when I saw others having trouble keeping their umbrellas in place

Does not hold up

I used three of these to anchor a Sportbrella while vacationing in the OBX. If you've ever been there, you already know that the wind has laid claim to many a beach umbrella. Not so with these bad boys! Pretty simple to get these anchored in for the day - I actually used them instead of the anchors that the Sportbrella came with instead of using them on the main post, and it was going nowhere. The only improvement I would suggest is to make the t-handle removable for easier storage.

Tried them all, finally found one that works. I suggest you try this one first. It's also the least expensive of all I've tried

Finally got a chance to use this yesterday at the beach.There was only a slight breeze at most for the entire day, so I probably didn't really need it, but sometimes the wind will pick up seemingly out of nowhere, so it was nice to have the peace of mind.Dig a hole, put the anchor in, give it a couple of twists if necessary. Fill the hole with sand. Drop in the umbrella and secure. Done.The whole thing is plastic, so don't go crazy with the tightening.I gave the umbrella a few tugs and while I probably could have dislodged it, I'd imagine that by the time the wind blew that hard, I'd have packed up and gone home on account of all the wind.Easy to remove, just lefty-loosey.

No need to dig or bring a mallet! Screws in fast and easy! Was sturdy, even with the ocean breeze.

The reveiws for this item were very good so purchased after reading many other reveiws about other makes, which were not as good,used on holiday and was not disappointed with this an excellant buy.Would recommend this anchor every time saves all the struggle on the beach of trying to hold umbrella secure,takes just a few seconds to screw into the sand and job done,Well packaged and delivered well before estimated delivery time.Thankyou should of bought one along time ago!

Bought this to take on holiday to Cornwall. Sometimes had to dig a hole and bury it due to the stones under the top layer of sand, but either-way it anchored the sun-shade very well, and withstood a fair breeze without any movement ... was more worried about the brolly turning inside-out, than the anchor coming loose!

well built, quite expensive. best for just sand . struggled with some stones, where smaller cheaper one was easier. In sand only was much better

we had problems last year on the beach because it was windy and kept lifting the parasol out of the sand. this beach brolly anchor is amazing and i have used it in england and france

Used it last weekend did a super job why more people have not got one I don't know Easy to use
