I have purchased 2 of these and also one for a friend of mine and would recommend them to anyone. They do exactly what they are supposed to do which is keep your collar up and look crisp underneath your jacket. I have been to many events where I've seen someone who clearly needed this as their collar was collapsing and looking sloppy. You can't even feel that you have it underneath your collar but it really makes it look clean when you do have it. I wear dress shirts and suits many times for work and this is one of the main things I use when I get dressed.

I won't say it's a must-have, but as soon as I got it, I've worn it every time I wear a collared shirt. You can't see it once it's in the collar, and I nearly always forget I have it on until the end of the day. So, yes - highly recommended, though I think it's a little pricey.
