I ordered 2 of these shelves and was initially disappointed because 3 of the parts were so badly damaged (in one of the boxes) during the shipping process. I called the customer service number provided on the instruction manual and spoke with a live person almost immediately (Anna). She was extremely helpful and shipped the damaged parts to my home address without question. My 5 star rating is mostly due to the customer service provided by the company. Defective/damaged products being delivered from online purchases is always a concern of mine. It's companies like "Edsal", which provide prompt, outstanding customer service that will keep me buying bulky products online with confidence. In regards to the product itself, it's as advertised (sturdy/strong/easy to assemble), and meets my expectations.

I like this rack because it is sturdy and doesn’t require any screws. You do need a rubber mallet to hammer the pieces into place. The biggest problem is shipping, supply and damage. We ordered two and the first one arrived in pretty good time with minor damage. A few of the pieces were slightly bent but we were still able to get it together. The second one arrived three weeks later after a delay and with a lot of damage. We refused it and it went back. We were then told a replacement would be two weeks. Then the order was cancelled due to supply. So a good shelf if you can get it without damage!

The shells came broken.

This product came not complete. It all showed up very damaged. Luckily Amazon customer service is great and I was able to get my money back DO NOT BUY THIS

Excellent shelving unit..very sturdy.

Didn't realize the shelf was plastic. Wouldn't have ordered if I'd realized, but the shelving was needed, but I did have to avoid placing some of our heavier items.
