Fit Idler Pulley for 07 Lexus GS350
This is a good replacement for the Idler Pulley on a 07 Lexus GS350. However, this is not a replacement for the Tensioner Pulley on a Lexus GS350. Note: the Tensioner Pulley has a bearing that is wider than this pulley.

2005 Toyota Avalon...great fit !
The original idler pulley was going out.. sounding like glass marbles being ground up. The part fit just fine. I was surprised to find out how easy it was to replace the darn thing. A bad idler pulley can affect a car's performance. I learned this the hard way....This was a good price compared to what the dealer wanted..even online dealers...
