A4 size, slim, PB of Boris Vallejo's fantasy cover paintings for Ballantine books in the 70s. The large scale, glossy, colour plates really reveal just how good the art was. An introduction by SF author Lester Del Rey includes a visual, step-by-step, analysis of Boris' oil painting technique and his use of photographic poses. Fantastic, literally!
