Broil King18623 Tubular T21 Burner

Bought my grill in 2014 and it had a great run until this past year 2019 when the burners started to wear a bit. This part is not difficult to find per-se, but the pictures provided are not always accurate. I was ready to have to MAKE this fit, but it was the exact replacement part after all. The tab on the tail end is angled up, unlike what the picture shows. Works great, burns like the original.

The picture of this item doesn't match what you will get. BUT I see no reason it won't work and is essentially an official Broil King RETROFIT replacement part for my 9987-34XX Sovereign Grill that I bought on Amazon 10 years ago. From my picture you can see that there is a 1/2 inch 90 degree flare at the end which is not original to my Grill. The Item pictured in this listing must be an old file photo and is the what my three original Burners look like. Unfortunately I misplaced my orig. Grill receipt as these Burners came with a 10 year warranty with a new Grill So now I'm buying them although they are reasonably priced. I haven't been able to install it yet as a poor design used a small screw to retain the top of the Burner. Well after nearly ten year of use the retaining screws are essentially fused to the lower casting. I'll need to get a Drimel cutting wheel to cut the top of the screw off. Others have drilled them out and tapped the lower casting to get another new screw on there.

Burner was easy to replace and works fine. Hardware - cotter pin and a screw were included.

These fit my Huntington 6561-64 perfectly.

Product was easy to install be careful that you don't lose the little cotter pins on the far side and I installed the square thing out front I forget what it's called where the igniters come through it's almost like having new barbecue again

The hardest part of installing these was removing the hardware on the old burners. the new burners installed easily and bring the grill back to original performance.

These are factory Broil King so fit and function was as expected. Wouldn't go with another brand. Hoping they last as long as the originals.

The original BroilKing burners are unbeatable. I'd forgotten how good these things were when operating correctly. I just replaced my old 7 year old tubes, and WOW! Don't skimp and buy crap. The single tube just don't work as well. Go for the best!

I have a Broil King 9865-54 Signet 20 BBQ and needed new burners. I decided to buy Broil King brand and I think they're worth it. They fit, though you have to pull the BBQ apart a bit, but you'd have to do that regardless of which brand of burner you purchase. These come with a 5 year warranty and work great. These give a nice even heat. Worth the money, you get what you pay for.

They seem to be make ok. I only gave 4 stars for easy to install, not because of these burners, but of how the bbq is made. Couldn't get the old screws out so had to drill through bolts and grind off the heads to get the old burners out. Thought I could just lay the new ones on top without screwing in but felt they could easily slide around when I have to move the bbq. Ended up drilling through the old bolts and installing the new ones that were included just enough that the burners couldn't move around. What should have been about 20 minutes, ended up taking about 2 hours, but hopefully it was all worth it and these will last for a number of years.

I have a signet 20 bbq. Replacing Burners after 10 years. These burners are original broil king parts and were extremely easy to install. I have no idea why people by new bbqs. Parts are so easy to replace. I purchased the flav R plates new electrodes and igniter switch and brand new broil king grates. For about 160 bucks I have brand new bbq again. Thanks Amazon for sticking the broil king parts.

These are OEM burners. Quality is very good. Hardware is included with the burner (both the screw and clip/washer).Note that if you currently have the screw-in version, the screw may be difficult to get out. I ran the grill for a few minutes, which freed up 2 of the screws enough to extract them with a socket set and/or vice grips. The other two screws wouldn't budge (corroded and likely welded from the heat), so I had to drill them out. Once the screws are out, the burners slide in easily.Broil King's decision to screw in the burners gets a 1/5, but we're not rating that. The new burners are 5/5.

After 5 years of cooking, my burners were not producing a nice blue flame like they did when new. These are factory replacement parts that fit exactly. My bbq cooks evenly once again!
