Product shipped was damaged inside but box was not damaged.
One of the two shipped looks defective and weak. Not sure if I can be shipped a replacement?

Great
Honestly when I 1st got them I was kind of shocked at the brackets that they came with. They were plastic brackets but I went to my local hardware store “ Home Depot” and got the same size brackets in metal and I didn’t spend more then $20. Still way cheaper then buying the $200+ boards that don’t come with brackets and another $75 for brackets. I’ve used these countless of times and they are tough as nails!

Didn’t work for me
The media could not be loaded. What I thought was a GREAT buy, ended up being a complete and utter disappointment. I bought these for when my wife and I went on a vacation. Not only did they not work… they SHATTERED into a million pieces. This is a FOR SURE DO NOT BUY!!!!!!

Does not work well with roof rack..and more
The media could not be loaded. Because of the plastic plate traction boards move around easily no matter how tight you get it. Also I can't tighten it this is really tight because the bolts will touch the top of my roof.Even so, the boards can move back and forth because the bottom of the traction board has a couple of knobs in the middle which meets with my roof rack in also is one of the reasons on why it wiggles.We'll return because it is not sturdy and doesn't work well with the roof rack.If the plate is flimsy plastic and not a piece of metal I can only imagine how well made or not well made the traction board is.I cannot give a definite on actually how it works because I won't be using it so my rating can only go so far.
