Tidy
Works well and now rolls up into a bin keeping the place tidy. Nice length can get round the whole house. A bit fiddly to get it fixed, undo all the hose attach bits easy enough though.

Not user friendly
Does not reel in easily, you have to try and hold the cartridge, turn the handle, AND direct where the hose is going, all while stopping it from trying to lift off the wall, not user friendly at all, box was disposed of otherwise I would have returned it
