16 PCS Pottery Tools and Clay Sculpting Tool Set, Wooden Clay Tools (2-Pack)

Came with all the pieces and lasted me through my entire semester and I may not even need to buy another set next semester these things are very sturdy

I recently taught a beginner hand building class and needed tools for six people. I thought I’d found a great deal on these tools, but unfortunately, this became an example to illustrate, “You get what you pay for!”.These tools looked like others I’d bought and used successfully, but they were not. The quality was simply not there. The “needles” literally fell off 4 of the six needle tools the first time they were used. That made me look at the other tools in the pack closer. I noticed the metal rib was rather thin and thus flimsier than my other ribs. Bets were made it wouldn’t hold up for long. I had wires already at my clay table so they didn’t use those, either. One of the wooden tools used for trimming felt like it was made of balsa wood when I picked it up, instead of the solid, hard wood of my Kemper tools. The metal heads on the trimming tools were not securely fastened. I’ll have to add a screw or Gorilla Glue before they are used or they’ll work their way off. I would not buy these again and I do not recommend them to anyone.

I dont like writing negative reviews because I know that they can affect business. I gave five stars because the item for the price is appropriate but please remember you get what you pay for, these tools did not last even two weeks into a beginning pottery course and they are not made with quality materials. That being said they do work good enough and the loop tool could be epoxyd' back together after coming apart. Great buy if you do pottery infrequently or maybe for kids tools.

There are two packs in this set.In my original purchase there was a problem with one of the packs.Seller immediately resolved the problem.The items work well and are good for a beginner’s basic kit.Good purchase.

Affordable and very nice to work with. Definitely worth it for any beginner

This product feels extremely well made for this low price point. I tried putting a bit of force onto each piece to test the strength of the items and they did not budge at all. You can feel free to experiment with new things without worrying about them breaking. Even if it somehow breaks, there is another set waiting for you. All in all, this is a great product for your beginner pottery needs.

Really well made tools, got one for myself and a friend for our ceramics class, definitely gets the job done
