I've had problems with my hormones all my life and struggled with body and the dreaded facial hair. Starting on anti depressants seemed to worsen the problem ten fold and my facial hair grew thicker, faster, and was hard to get rid of (my top lip and chin being the WORST).I've done chemical peels, plucking, and waxing and none of those are as painless and effective as this spring. I wanted to try this because a lot of other methods were leaving my skin red, bumpy, irritated and still left stubble ...so all of that was even more embarassi than the hair itself.Yes the spring is a little painful but if you've tried waxing and plucking it isn't any worse than that and I'd argue it's less painful. It's takes just a tiny bit of practice but once you figure out what angle is pulling out the most hairs you'll catch on. My cheeks chin and top lip are so smooth for the first time in my life. I'm never going back to any other method. This is my humble opinion coming from a girl with black, coarse facial hair.

Great! Does what it is supposed to do. I don't think it hurts. However, I've always plucked my hair so I could just be used to it already. I can see that if you're a person who has never plucked, this would be painful. But hey, beauty and agony go together right?

It was advertised to have an instruction manual, which did not come with mine. Not happy with that.

I really like the facial remover, it does not take al the hair, but it works. I use it few times per week and the pain is doable. the leather case is nice plus.

The tips fall off a lot while I'm using it.

Doesn't work

Not worth price. Very disappointed.

Did try this on my upper lip. It did sting but also removed few of those pesty hairs that appear there. Sure it will become easier to use and less painful with practice.
