NSK is a very good quality bearing.
NSK is a top quality bearing. Due to the difficulty involved replacing it in my table saw I wanted the best I could find.

Good quality bearings
I put these bearings in a 2 hp electric motor on a delta tablesaw that would’ve cost a small fortune to replace if I could have found one these old split phase electric motors are built like tanks and are way better quality then any of the Chinese motors sold today definitely worth $16 to fix it runs smooth and quiet just like new! The whole job took me about 30 minutes I’m a happy camper. I will definitely be ordering a few more just to have them around in case I run across any other motors that need bearings.

Works for century 1.5hp pool pump motor
Worked perfect as a replacement in my century pool pump motor. Motor runs and sounds like it’s brand new. We were having to replace pump motors every few years due to bearing failure. After a sales rep told me these motors were designed for the bearings to fail after two years I decided to replace them to see if that was the problem and sure enough it was. He said the motor will last 20 years only the bearings go out prematurely. These worked perfect and cheaper than buying at a pool store

Reduced Table Saw and motor Noise Significantly
I was very happy with result after replacing table saw and motor bearings with the NSK 630ZZ bearings as everything ran much quieter. Read on for my experience using the bearings. I replaced the bearings in my 30 year old table saw, a Powermatic 63 for the arbor and the motor (both had same bearings). The old bearings were a 6203Z. The difference is that these 6203ZZ bearings are metal shield (not sealed) on both sides vs the old bearing which were open 1 side exposing the bearings. The ZZ is a much better product as it keep debri out of the bearing. The old bearings in the saw had 1 side sealed with rubber seal and the motor 1 side of the bearings was open. The open bearing were full of debris, no wonder they failed. It was obvious they were bad from the grinding feel when turning and one of them just siezed. In order to install the new bearings I froze the arbor and heated the bearing to 180F. The bearings installed fairly easily with some force from a vice and some taps of a socket placed over the outer race of the NSK bearing. WIth the new bearing the table saw and motor made significantly less noise so good on the NSK bearings. As far as price they were the same price on Amazon as from a local bearing shop. The NSK or Japanese bearings were 2-3X the cost as the Chinese version. I went with NSK as forums said the NSK were better quality but the bearing shop owner said the Chinese were similar quality. Who knows but to be sure I went with the Japanese mfr.CONCLUSION: Highly recommended.

Nice quality
I use this for the AC idler pulley on a 1978 Datsun 280z. The quality seems excellent. Huge improvement over the worn out bearing it replaced.
