These shoes were too large for me. I wear size 12 and a half, and have always purchased Ecco shoes from Amazon and elsewhere for many years. I now have to wear thick socks with these shoes or look for insoles. All in all, I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase. I need them right away, so I am not able to return them. Quality too is lacking, compared to previous purchases. The soles are just too smooth with this shoe.Since I wrote this review, these shoes have proved themselves to be very comfortable. They are very well made, and I would recommend them. I think that I have adapted to wearing them now, as they are slip-ons , and I was always used to purchasing shoes with laces.I have upgraded my review of these shoes from three stars to five stars. They are beautiful shoes and are of very high quality. If I were purchasing them again, I would look for shoes which are wider at the front.

Very nice shoe but received wrong size. When I ordered replacement, then I received wrong size again. Was quite annoying, still didn't get it in the size I ordered.

always bought ecco shoe by store or online. first time shopping at ecco Amazon store.this shoe so tight and it's slipping.

These really are great looking shoes. The fit is perfect, every time. Once I knew my size, every Ecco shoe I have ever purchased fits great just like all the others. I have read other reviews say their shoe's quality was not good, but my experience here (as previous) was great. Also, I have to comment on the insoles, they are some of the best I have worn... the support is fantastic. I can walk all day and not have aching feet. The only shoes that are more comfortable are my >$200 ASIC gels.

i love those dress shoes. they are classy, dressy, comfortable.the hug my feet making them very supportive.they run a little big though so order down a size.
