Unfortunately the chips in these toners are not updated.

On my first order, the toners worked fine for about 10 pages of printing, but then every page after ended up having a spotty streak of black dots all across the right side of the paper. Cleaning the cartridge does nothing, in fact, made it worse.The suppliers had reached out to me after seeing my issue, and kindly helped me out with my order to resolve any issues that I had with it, even if it was after the return dates. They were fast to respond and compensated me fairly for the faulty cartridges I had.Great company overall, as they take any small issue to heart and make note of it to improve the quality of their products.

These cartridges performed well upon first installation about five months ago. As their toner levels have dropped, the print quality has gotten progressively worse. Now, with the black at 30% and the three colors at 50%, the quality is really bad. No amount of shaking will eliminate the streaks in the output.

They work. I tested them as soon as they arrived. It is a good idea to do that. I bought some from a company that is now no longer in business and by the time I found out they did not work, it was too late to obtain a refund.

I put them in my printer and didn't have any issues with the installation or printing. They are also about a third of what the name brand costs. No complaints here.

I purchased these for my HP M254DW printer primarily because they claimed to have new chips in the event the cartridges could not be recognized by the printer. So I thought that I would give these a try. I installed the cartridges into my printer and sure enough the printer gave me an error that the cartridge was incompatible. So I followed the directions included with the new chips and watched the video instructions. The process was very easy. I was very skeptical. However, when I installed the cartridges with the new chips HP recognized them without issue. I was surprised and pleased. I then did a print test and I believe that these cartridges print as good or slightly better than the HP cartridges that they replaced. If you are looking for a great aftermarket cartridge to work with your HP printer this is a great one!
