Q: Is this the same as play foam

I would say play foam and monkey foam are the same type of product. I do disagree that the tiny pellets stick only to themselves. It can actually be a fairly fun but messy product. I purchased for 3 year old and have now put it away for a later age.

Q: does it come out of the carpet?

It is really hard to get out of carpet, depending on how pushed into the carpet it is.

Q: Can you play with it in the bath?

No, I wouldn’t do that. It’s not made for water.
