I bought 2 sets of these. I bought one for my son who really liked them and then another set for my nephew for his birthday. He loved them too. Great to keep tiny hands busy. They can be a bit noisy though.

Packaging looked used which was disappointing since it was a gift. Magnets aren't strong enough for manipulating.

These magnets are suitable and safe for older children (and adults). My 10 year grandson loves playing with the magnets -- they are just fun to fidget around with. Endless joy. Increase the enjoyment by adding a few larger stronger magnets.
