Q: Approximately 25 of these containers were crushed. Is there any way we can make this right?

I had a few that were crushed but not that many. I was able to fix with my hand and then packed soil in and that helped them hold shape but the wrinkles on some stayed.

Q: How does one print on the labels? Tried pen, permanent marker, pencil, crayon. All fade quickly. Is there a digital printer?

make sure labels are clean and I use a sharpie marker and or print labels on label paper that has adhesive and stick on label tag.

Q: How wide is the bottom portion of the pot?

The bottom is about 5 inches but do your self a favor and don't get this the are the worst pots I ever got
