large size with less lifting power
i have 2.5'' magnet stronger than this and cost me 30% less

Very weak magnet
The magnet doesn't even match up to my magnet 1/10 of it's size. Very lousy

So good that people sure love stealing them
Was such a great purchase that someone stole them from me along with the bag.

Super strong
These magnets are incredibly strong, also a little heavy. They are perfect for the price. I ordered 2 of them. My only complaint is they put them both in the same box. I thought they would have covered or put something between the 2 of them, they did not. My son and I played “Tug of War” trying to separate them. A little thought in packaging, would be a good idea. Otherwise, no complaints. Great value for the money!

Quality construction, weak magnets
Quality construction, the magnets are just very weak for any small items. Barely picks up a nail from 1/2” away. Even on a large piece of metal they are no where close to 700 ft lbs. more like 100-150 ftlbs.

Seems to work better on solid steel the thin wall steel
Questionable pull weight???So I work in commercial framing and have been using 270lb magnets to hold my track up to the steel before I shoot it on as they worked well it didn't seem strong enough all the time... so I upgraded to these so called 700lb ones. As soon as I got them they came clicked together and I had one hell of a time separating them but after I did I started trying in on different surfaces like my steel door, truck, and fridge and they were fairly easy to pull off. Although if I stick it to a more dense thicker solid steel I found them to be very difficult to release. I'm hoping they will work for what I need them for. Seems strange how it has pulling power on one thing but not the other. I will leave another comment after I get a chance to try these at work
