Christmas present for 8 year old daughter. Quite easy to assemble but a little concerned about the battery life.For this money I’d expect to get longer than 10 minutes fun times but after a full charge and the charging light going green it is lucky to get 10 minutes so not the best if you want to get out and about for a bit, better with a scooter for the money unless something is wrong with this one. Daughter enjoys it which it what matters but fed up of charging it 5 times a day and this is day one!!!

The hoverboard was only used for approx 3 months before the battery went - others I know with the same item have had no issues after several years. I reported it but have been told the battery is a consumable and I have to pay £50 for a new one.Contact is pretty responsive but has not been helpful

The hoverbord wheels wouldn't turn because they had been installed too close to the body... luckily I am a dab hand with a tool kit and had to take it apart on Christmas eve to get it all working.

Stopped working after 3 weeks. Used as kart outside and battery went. Charged it and it still said battery gone. Daughter gutted.

Superb Segway and it’s relatively easy to assemble the go-kart frame. We bought two and the kids loved them; they go quite fast. We had initial issues with the battery life on one of them and the company offered to swap one over but the problem has resolved itself following a much longer charging period over the weekend (slightly odd as we had followed all instructions regarding first charges etc!).

This is amazing! I Bought it for my 13 year olds son birthday present, He very quickly picked up the go kart controls hold well, Battery charges overnight, ca last whole day, Obviously user size, time and terrain covered affects charge, my son ride this every day, do this fantastic for summer time,Seriously would recommend this. So much fun,

Das Hoverboard mit Sitz ist einfach nur toll. Wir haben Zwillinge und deshalb zwei in unterschiedlichen Farben und getrennten Bestellungen geordert. Gibt auch getrennte Bewertungen.Beide wurden zügig geliefert. Auch hier beim Zweiten war die Batterie defekt.Wieder eine kurze Nachricht an den Verkäufer und zügige Antwort das er eine neue schicken würde. War auch umgehend da. Toller Service!!!Das Hoverboard ist leicht zu bedienen, der fahrbare Untersatz einfach zu montieren. Und laut unserer Tochter ist der Fahrspaß mit dem Sitz riesig.Wir können dieses Hoverboard nur empfehlen...vielen Dank FIDUS...

Pour de fonctionnement, ne va pas droit

Hallo,meine ursprüngliche Rezension fiel noch ziemlich gut aus. Da hatte ich nur die schlechte Anleitung zu bemängeln. Diese muss ich nun jedoch revidieren. Bereits nach gut 2 Monaten funktionierte das Hoverboard nicht mehr! Es ließ sich nicht mehr laden. Also kontaktierte ich den Hersteller und bekam auch zunächst zügig eine Antwort. Nach einigem Hin und Her bekam ich dann eine neue Batterie zugesandt mit einer Videoanleitung, wie ich die Batterie aus- und die neue einbauen könnte. Also dachte ich zunächst, oh, guter Kundenservice. Jedoch ließ sich das Hoverboard auch mit der neuen Batterie nicht mehr richtig laden und fahren! Also kontaktierte. ich den Hersteller erneut mit einer entsprechenden Videoaufnahme des Problems und der Bitte um Rücksendung und Rückerstattung des Preises. Dieses Mal erhielt ich jedoch keinerlei Reaktion! Auch auf meine 2. Email hin nicht!!!! Ich bin super sauer und enttäuscht!! Noch mehr tut mir meine Tochter leid, da es ihr Geburtstagsgeschenk war und sie nun gar nichts davon hatte bisher :-(
