Q: Up to what temperature can the corningware dish take? is it possible to broil in this dish? thank you.

Don't take advice like "its worth a try!" I'm calling out michiyo ogata who does not know what he is talking about. My CorningWare dish clearly says on the back "Microwave and Oven Safe. No Stovetop. No Broiler." Any stoneware is only safe to an oven temp of 450 degrees; broilers heat up to between 500 and 550 degrees. You are taking a chance you will break your dish and ruin you food. Don't try this unless you don't mind picking porcelain shards out of your meat.

Q: Can this be used in a large toaster oven to bake things in? Or, is it for oven only?

I use this in my Toaster oven with no problems. You do need to make sure that your toaster oven is big enough and the rack be lowered enough.

Q: Do you have actual physical measurements of the bowl?

No measurements on inside, but will say 2 quart (for example) on bottom

Q: Does the lid hace bpa, pvc, lead or phalates?

I do not know. These are typically additives for plastics, except for lead which is usually found in paint. This lid is made of glass and I can't imagine why any of these additives would be used in glass. This is the reason I prefer glass and porcelain, which are fired at high temperatures as well, over plastics.
