Perfect for checking Salt Brine for De-Icing
Had to go through a different number of products to finally find this one. Works amazing, just a few drops on the screen, close it, and get your readings. Thanks for a great product that actually works!

After using both types he is so happy I made him get this one to
Husband uses this for work. He was hesitant on me ordering this one as he thought he would lose the eye droppers. He asked for one that you actually put into the solution to identify the salt content. After using both types he is so happy I made him get this one to. It is so easy to use I was able to test the solution with out any knowledge.

Lifesaver
Lifesaver! I am responsible for the pretreatment of roads in a city. I purchased these to verify the salinity levels of our brine. Not long after purchase the built in auto refractometer on our brine maker failed in the shadow of an oncoming winter storm. I was able to make brine manually using these refractometers. They worked perfectly and saved my bottom!

Takes guesswork out of home pickles
Very easy to use. I make home pickles, and this enables me to make sure the salinity is at a safe level. For example, cucumbers leach out a significant amount of water, and it's often necessary to add more salt.
