Ended up having to go to physical therapy for a neck issue and one thing that was recommended was to keep my back straight. I struggled a bit with this so decided to give this brace a go. My original intention was to wear it under a shirt at all times for a month or so, but I didn't like the feel of it. It did fit under my shirt and was not noticeable if that is your intention, but for me it just didn't work out. Instead I ended up using it during workout sessions and when I spend large amounts of time in my vegetable garden since I am bending over a lot during that time. It helps tremendously during these activities. Although it does not keep my back completely straight, I do notice a major lack of pain after each activity that I do still get when not wearing this brace. The only downside is that after about 6 months of heavy usage, the Velcro for the waist has become very weak and I often have to re-set it so long term durability may vary upon usage.If you struggle from backpain or need to train yourself to stay more upright, for $30 I highly recommend giving this a try.

I’m not nearly as big as the model, but this back brace was way too small and too difficult to put on.

Bought this to help my husband to stand up straight. The straps that go under the underarm is very uncomfortable.

This works well for me as it helps to keep my posture corrected when I’m working at my desk. In addition to using this in my office, I’ll wear it when I go walking to keep my neck and back straight. While it doesn’t immediately lessen my neck pain I can feel in my neck some relief from my slouching position I find myself in frequently. The issue I have with this brace is that it makes me very hot and causing me to sweat more when exercising. It also slides upwards when I’m wearing it due to my large round belly.

It is a little uncomfortable, but it was better than I expected. It helps to hold you in the correct position. I’m still checking on the pin relief so will allow some more days

I have been buying various back braces over the years and this is the best one. I did not rate it 5 stars as there are 2 problems: The first being it is difficult to put on, although I found a work around. The second being it tends to ride up your back, However it offers good support and help with posture.The work around. The brace has long straps going over your shoulders and down around your waist. Being long they are difficult to adjust when you put on the brace. I did some calculations and figured out where they cross-cross through the loop in the back and sewed them in place which made it much easier to put in. As far as riding up your back, you could loop a pants belt through the brace loop & back through the loops on your pants. Using these 2 adjustments I find the brace very helpful..The manufacturer should come up with some type of locking adjustment on the shoulder straps where the loop is so that you do not have to continually fight to put them in their proper place.

According to all the charts I should fit in a Medium. When I received the product there is no way it was a medium (although tag says M). The waist straps barely go around my stomach (velcro barely grabbing) and the shoulder straps attachs on the side of the velcro.For a better fit, when ordering I suggest ordering one size up.I contacted customer support about it being too tight and they replied quickly and were very helpful.I would have given it a 5 star review, but find the product doesn’t exactly look like the ones they show in the images. The images make it look like a full back support brace, I find it smaller than the images indicate. It still works as its suppose to though.

Top notch customer service & the product is excellent. I have been wearing the support for 2 days & for sure, helped my back. The size chart is a little less accurate - best to order one size larger for good fit & support.

I am a tall individual and this product did not line up with my back properly or help with my improving my posture. I did follow the 4 pictured instructions but when I had questions outside of those four pictures I was left outta luck.So if you're looking for a product that will bunch up your clothes after every movement and you enjoy the making sure the straps stay where they need to or else they cut off the blood supply to your shoulders. This is your kinda product.

The idea is great with this support. It works well if I remain in just an upright, standing position, but if I bend to lift something or sit down the waist strap rides up closer to my chest taking the effect of the shoulder straps away. I think I will try to find a way to attach it to my belt loops on my pants, or a belt to hold it in place.
