SCALPICIN 2 in 1 Scalp Itch Treatment, 1.5 Ounce (Packaging may vary)

I used to purchase Scalpicin whenever I had flair ups with my scalp; and it always worked. This year I purchased a bottle of Scalpicin locally; but, it was not the same and it did not work. I could not find the original Scalpicin in any of our local stores, so I checked Amazon. It needs to contain Salicylic Acid to cure it and not the Hydrocortisone. It does sting where you have scratched your scalp but it only last a matter of seconds. You can also purchase shampoo with the Salicylic Acid to help with the treatment and aid Scalpicin with the healing. Believe me, this one works. I purchased two bottles, one to have on hand or if I needed more than the one bottle with this flair up.This is a follow up to what I have written above. I have used about 1/2 of the one bottle and that with the shampoo, and the apple cider vinegar rinse, my scalp is really doing well. The itching is minimal now and the spots are becoming more flat.

i tried this for my dandruff and it didn't work my head still itchy and full of dandruff this product didn't work for me

I am rewriting my review of this product. After I have been trying this on pimples on my head, It goes away like magic since it has salicylic acid.I do not think this works on my itchy head so I use different product for that once in a while because it contains harsh chemicals.Do NOT scratch your head before you use this because it will sting real bad.

I'm sure this works better for some people than others. Didn't really work for me. Initially, it burns and then feels okay. But later in the day....the itch comes back with a vengeance.
