King size - fairly heavy to move and a lot of fun to open - whoosh and up it goes!Very comfortable, don't worry about hard or soft - it's just very comfortable to sleep on.

I'm a big guy at 18.5 stone, and I was closer to 20 stone when I first took delivery of this mattress a couple of months ago. I have slept on it nightly since a couple of days after it was delivered, and it's very comfortable. I have a history of lower back issues and it gives excellent support when side and back sleeping. I haven't experienced any aches and pains when getting up from a nights sleep.It is weighty, but I did manage to get it up a flight of stairs to my bedroom by bear hugging the box, and going a few steps at a time. It's probably wiser to make doing this a two person job though, because it was a bit dodgy doing it alone. I'm just impatient and stubborn.After unpacking, the mattress decompressed fairly quickly and probably could have been slept on after a couple of hours. However, I did give it a couple of days before using it.Overall, I'm very happy with the mattress two months in and it isn't showing any signs of issues yet. If any issues develop in the coming months, I'll come back and update this review. If there's no update at the time of reading, you can assume that no issues have arisen and I remain very happy with my purchase.If you, like I, are a fatty and too cheap to splash out a grand on a new mattress, this is the one for you. It isn't just good for the price. It's just good, full stop. (12 inch deep double)Update: I'm now about a year in with this mattress and it's been slept on the vast majority of nights in this time. I also had a few months of very poor health in early 2024 that led me to be semi bed bound. Even during those extended periods in bed, the mattress remained comfortable. Every night's sleep has been comfortable even when I was at my worst, there has been no sagging or signs of springs giving up. I remain very happy with my purchase and overall am impressed with this mattress.

Started to dip on one size but fairly comfortable on other bits! Very heavy so not a one person job! My partner loves his side. Decent pricing too!

We already had purchased a king-size 12 inch mattress earlier this year. We needed a small double for our spare room and ordered the 10inch mattress it is as good as the king 12 we brought. Mattress is firm but is very good to sleep on. Amazing for comfort

We have been sleeping on this mattress since November 2023, so nearly a full year as writing this in october 2024.This mattress was a shot in the dark, I had done countless hours of reasearch and debate, I convinced my parter to take a shot on this one as we could always return it.You have to let the mattress decompress for at least 24 hours, we let ours rise for only 10 and that was a mistake, you want this mattress to fully rise and decompress to experience it properly.Once the mattress was fully up and decompressed we can both hands down say this is the best value for quality mattress on the entire market.We sleep excellently on it and the only thing it compares to is a £2,800 mattress from dreams. Obviously the dreams mattress is better, but not by much, if money is no obstacle go for the dreams mattress because we spend more than half our lives in bed and it's important.If you cant afford the £2,800 mattress from dreams, don't settle for anything else other than this mattress, nothing else will be as good, literally spent months research online, going into every store in the county, debating with ai, looking at manufacting and bed technologies, what is just marketing propaganda and what is real and good mattress technologies.You don't have to take my word for it, buy it, let it decompress for 24-48 hours (until the memory foam top part of the mattress fills out fully into a rectangle) and try it out yourself... You can literally return it free if u don't like it.The mattress looks extremely high end, great materials and if you told someone you paid thousands for it they would believe you!There is literally only one downside, and its only a downside for sort people (sorry gang I'm short to) I bought the 12 inch model (the best model) it's a thic boi, if you have a tall base then this mattress suddenly becomes something you have to climb! Make sure if u get the 12 inch model you buy a medium to small height base.With the 12 inch model we find that deep fitted sheets are the only type of sheets that will stay on and tucked in, recommend them as they just fit nicer and will stay tucked in until you change the sheets next.Love this bed.

Absolutely horrible matress rock hard done nothing but cause back pain I didn't have before. If you want to sleep on the floor buy this because it's exactly the same as sleeping on the floor but more expensive. Get one elsewhere. Really a waste of my money. As I can't even get support or return item. Disgusting

I decided to change my matress which I bought 6 years ago and I put the ones which I liked the most on my wishlist. Then I realized this one I can buy with Amazon monthly payment, which is without interest. I bought it straight away and ahh, so good. They sent the right size, which I am grateful for and so comfy. No weird smell and it looks like good quality and for my bed taste absolutely comfortable. Love it, would buy it again.
