This is my 4th one. I have them because myfamily only wants to use these. Then we always have one when others are in the dishwasher. We cut everything with this knife ( veggies, meat, bread). I have also bought several as gifts. My mom has a diner and I got her one. All the cooks want to use this one. I will be ordering her a few more.

I have been getting these knives forever - they are super sharp, and incredibly versatile. They literally work on everything from veggies to meat to bread. For me the angle is great and they make fast work of a pile of veggies or a steak right off the grill. Be careful when you first use it, I seem to always nick myself the first few weeks.

I first used this knife in the kitchen of the grill where I work during the winter (RV workkamping). I really liked it so checked Amazon and sure enough they carried the brand so I ordered one. I really like the angled serrated blade. It is VERY sharp so be careful when using it. I hand wash my dishes so I don't know about how well it would do in a dishwasher.I have a set of Henkels that I have had for 30 years, but this is my new favorite everyday knife.

I just received this today ! This is amazing in every aspect of this bread knife. I can say anyone looking for the perfect knife for your homemade breads this is the knife for you !!! It works well ergonomically and very sturdy.
