Good, but not $60 + Good...
(1) The box is great and I was actually expecting a T-Rex about the same size as the photo on the box. Disappointment with the smaller size was instant... I hadn't measured it all out, but you really do want it to be 1:1 with the box photo, so opening that box feels like an immediate downgrade. ...It just does.(2) The paint-job on the box and online photos is quite good and went a ways in selling me on it, but what makes it good is mostly lost on the piece itself which suffers from a simplified version of that paint-job. The box photo shows white recesses throughout the armored snout which clearly delineate all those scales, but the actual figure has no contrasting paint whatsoever... so all that detail kinda fades together and loses its interest. The box photo also shows high-contrast coloring of the eyes, a small detail which goes a long way -- popping those eyes intensely... but the actual figurine coloring isn't that bright and those eyes do not pop any more than random scales nearby that catch the light -- so... the eyes almost become part of the noise. These criticisms of the paint-job may seem nit-picky but frankly the bulk of the creature is large swaths of earthy scale blending into more swaths of earthy scale, which leaves most of the visual interest of the piece up to the head -- so you really don't want it undercut.(3) It will fall over. This figurine is rather heavy -- which is kinda cool because it's nice to hold -- but the legs cannot support it over time, requiring them to include a lame little clear plastic Y-shaped support that props up the chest just behind the little arms. It'll stand on it's own for a short while (and you WILL be tempted to trust it), but after an hour or two the front leg will buckle just enough for it to fall with an alarming thud. The leg will return to it's position, so there's that, but ugh... It's a little lame. There's something wrong with a T-Rex that relies on a crutch.I dunno. The figurine isn't bad, but it's not delightful.I'd say this thing is more of a $25-$30 value, not the $60+ that I paid for it. I'm an artist so I'll probably spend a bunch of time repainting it, but I sure wish I didn't have to. If I can figure out a way to reinforce the front leg I'll probably do that as well. :P

OK but not great
Up front, I collect Papo or Schleich models. I tried this, however, because the Papo Pachyrhinosaurus is discontinued , and the images in the ad for this one looked good. The model came packaged beautifully, and with a brochure giving information about the animal, though the information is not entirely accurate, e.g. it states Pachyrhinosaurs did not have horns, when in fact it did, just not brow or nasal horns. I also could have done without the cutesy "I'm Brian.....". I guess it's meant to appeal to children more than adults. The model is basically well made, but the plastic is not as finely finished as the other brands mentioned above. Second, the painter used a gloss paint, thus parts of the body are shiny. If you are buying these as children's toys, it is fine. If, like me, you like models with as much authenticity as possible, it is not.

Great product, wish it was larger.
Great looking figurine, but would be much more impressive if it was a bit larger. Seems very overpriced because of the size, but I would guess a lot of manual labor goes into the painting. That said, I don’t see it taking that much longer to paint a considerably larger item, so I think they could be made larger without driving cost up too much. Whatever the case, I like it for my kids collection, but won’t likely buy more of this brand.

My review of Pnso's model of Corythosaurus
Pnso's model of Corythosaurus is a little taller than I was expecting - but on the upside, at least its length is closer to the right scale in proportion to the rest of my HUGE collection of models of dinosaurs and other prehistoric animals (and speaking of which, I can't say that I'm closing fast on 300 anymore...because I just cleared 300). Next stop, 400!!!!!

I love this fatty
This Tyrannosaurus stands and sweeps like a king over the landscape....I have a Rebor Stegosaurus Garden with 5 babies and a rebor Warpig ...and PNSO Corytjosaurus...all wearily looking at this King.Love the scale. Super fast shipping to New Zealand. MINT box. I bought from Ali Baba Spinosaurus and got a dfestroyed box so I no longer buy from them.

Buyer beware: paint job fails to meet expectations
Unfortunately the product fails to live up to the expectations set up by the photos advertising the product. The paint detail especially in the face of the pachycephalasaurus is extremely disappointing. The eyes, jaw and skull are nowhere close to the beautiful rendering depicted in the advertisement images. If you were captivated by the ads, you can expect the actual product to not capture the same sense of wonder as the ads portray.
