I ordered this rose as an anniversary gift for my parents, and was really sad when it arrived with some damage. I contacted the seller to see if it could be rectified, and after they helped me try to troubleshoot the issue, they rushed me out another rose and made sure I had it before the anniversary party! I am so happy, and the replacement was in perfect condition. A unique and gorgeous gift that I can't wait to give to my parents.
