I Took this about an hour before I went to bed, like during my winding down time and by the time I finally got to bed I was OUT. Normally it probably takes me 20 minutes to 40 minutes to actually fall asleep once I get to bed, but this time I was probably out in about 5 minutes. This product is awesome because yeah I get to bed around 9:30-10 but I never fall asleep until almost 10:30-10:45, so basically gaining an extra 30 minutes of sleep was great. Also it was easy to get up in the morning for my workout. This really helped me cut down that restless rolling around in the bed time.

There isn’t a lot of things that put me asleep because I’m one of those nocturnal never sleep kind of people! I took this last night and had the best sleep I’ve ever had! Woke up feeling refreshed and honestly look forward to going back to sleep again! I’ve always been worried about melatonin since I’ve had pretty bad sleep paralysis in the past from it.. but I had no issues at all and slept great. I struggle sleeping well (often) and frequently use 5 Hour Energy for late nights or long days... I figured I’d try the opposite and try to actually get some quality rest for a change...This “8 Hour Snooze” knocked me out yesterday! Thank You! I BOUGHT "8 HOUR SNOOZE" ON 8-16-2022, AND RECEIVED IT ON 8-18-2022. EACH CONTAINER HAD AN EXPIRATION DATE OF MARCH, 2020. MY DOCTOR SAID IT WAS NOT SAFE TO USE.

It’s hard to find a natural sleep aid that works without grogginess. This works. I’ve shared with my mom who uses half the bottle; I prefer a whole; it’s nice that it’s easily apportion. I’m conscious about what I put in my body as a two sport pro athlete. It’s clear there is a lot of thoughtfulness put in this product for the needs of the high performance athlete.

The apple tastes like sugar free apple juice. Its very thin. No heartburn or tingling. I am an insomniac so this didn't work wonderful but it didn't cause any bad reactions so win win right?

Tastes great but doesn't work as well for me as some of the other similar products.
